Reporting a wrong figure

These are the messages we most want. A wrong dimension here can cost somebody a real fee at a real gate, so corrections go to the top of the pile.

To let us act quickly, please include:

• The page — the URL you were looking at.
• What it says, and what it should say.
• The airline's own source, if you have it. We only publish figures we can read from a primary source, so a link to the carrier's own baggage page is what lets us make the change immediately.

If the airline has changed its policy, that link is the whole fix — we will update the data and the check date the same day where we can.

Requesting an airline or a tool

Tell us which airline is missing and we will look for a readable source. Some are absent deliberately: a handful of carriers do not publish their figures anywhere we can read reliably, and we would rather have a gap than a guess. If you know where a carrier publishes its limits, that is genuinely useful.

Same address. We are not affiliated with any airline, hotel or carrier, and we do not accept payment to change a result or to feature a company in a tool — that is not a policy we bend.
